Video footage was captured of this individual attempting to access the back gate of Phase I Unit 607 in the middle of the night.
If you have an outdoor surveillance camera, please check video footage for the night of August 8th to see if it captured more activity of this perpetrator to help us determine how he accessed our property.
If you can help identify this person, please notify the Houston Police at 713-308-0900, referencing case #102224719-Y.
Also, please be reminded to lock your doors and gates, and keep your patio and entry lights turned on at night.
Sometime between the night of 11-Jul-2019 and the morning of 12-Jul-2019, vehicles in the Phase I 600 and 700 buildings had their windows smashed. Sometime during the night of 14-Jul-2019, another vehicle was vandalized in the Phase II 1900 building.
The residents reported the vandalism to the Houston Police Dept & to Creative Management.
Reminder: Please do NOT leave anything in your vehicles which might encourage vandalism.

The Board is holding a meeting to discuss recent vandalism activity on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, in the Phase I Clubhouse at 5:30 PM.
During the early morning hours today, Monday, 08-Oct-2018, more than 22 vehicle windows were broken out and the cars vandalized at 2601 S Braeswood, as well as 8020 Braeswood.
The police were notified, and HPD sent multiple officers to investigate. Those officers stated that there has been similar vandalism in the area recently.
Please do not leave ANYTHING in your vehicles which might encourage a thief to break in, and ALWAYS notify the police if you see anything suspicious by calling 713-884-3131 or 832-394-0400.

Management is currently investigating security options for the properties.
The Annual Meeting of the 3000 South Braeswood Council of Co-Owners is scheduled for Wednesday, October 17th, 2018, at 7:00 PM, in the Clubhouse at 2601 South Braeswood. It is requested that all homeowners be there early – by approximately 6:30 PM to register.
PLEASE NOTE: The Annual Meeting is primarily held for the election of persons to serve on the Board of Directors. Your presence is extremely important, and we must have a quorum to vote.
IMPORTANT: If you know that you will be unable to attend the meeting, then please be sure to fill out the Proxy Card you received from Creative Management Company, sign it, and give it to any current Board member – OR to ANY owner that you know will be attending the meeting, so that you may have a vote in the election. Other Proxy Cards may be provided if you have misplaced yours.
Then if you do attend – your Proxy Card will be voided so that you may vote in person.

During the night of Tuesday, July 17, 2018, two vehicles located in front of the 200 building of Phase I (2601 S Braeswood Blvd) were vandalized.
Please do not leave anything in your vehicles which might encourage a thief to break in.
