With an unyielding drought and minimal budget the Board of Directors has been examining ways to help beautify the landscaping on our property. We have therefore come up with an “Adopt Your Building” Program where each owner or resident could actually plant certain items around their units or buildings themselves - at their own expense - and create a more pleasing atmosphere. A Landscape Committee will be set up and some simple guidelines are now being established. More info will be coming soon, but please see the attached flyer.

Please be sure that your outside faucets are turned off and that your hoses are disconnected. Take care to cover tender plants on your patios and be extra careful climbing steps, etc. to your units, in case of icing conditions.
It is short notice but if you need outside pipe insulation, please put in a work order immediately with Creative Management and asked to have this done if possible.
Stay warm!

Now, instead of contacting Raymond, you should contact Creative Management for any necessary work orders, etc. We wish Raymond well in his new found “retirement” and extend to him our gratitude for the many hours spent on our behalf.
Jaime Ramirez will continue to work on the many projects here on the property - so give Jaime every encouragement as you see him out and about the complex.
