Phase One, Gate #1 to be closed

Please note: On Thursday evening we received word from the City of Houston Public Works & Engineering Department that the Phase One Gate #1 on South Braeswood will be closed to all traffic by the City due to the South Braeswood Street Repair. Unfortunately this gate will remain closed until approximately August 31st, of 2011.

Alert - FYI - Unidentified Male on Property

This morning there was a report of an unidentified male on our property in someone’s patio. This was reportedly a middle-aged black male. Remember do not take unnecessary chances. Call 911 immediately so that the proper authorities can possibly address this person before he is long gone. Also do not leave valuables exposed in your vehicles - nor on your patios.

Because of the many problems maintaining Gate #1 in Phase 1 on South Braeswood, the operation of this gate is being changed. The gate will no longer be hinged in the middle, so you cannot pull up as close to it.

When you approach the gate, please be aware that the white line is now further from the gate. YOU MUST STOP ON THIS LINE! Pulling up closer to the gate will result in damage to your vehicle.
