Dear Owner:

On Wednesday, September 22, 2010, the annual meeting for The 3000 South Braeswood Council of Co-Owners will be held in the clubhouse in Phase I beginning at 7:00 p.m.  Sign-in will begin at 6:30 p.m.  Your early arrival will be appreciated.

Your attendance at the meeting is of the utmost importance.  The main reason for the annual meeting is the election of members to serve on the Board of Directors.  The Board provides the leadership for the Association, and is involved in setting and adopting rules, regulations and fiscal policy, as well as developing maintenance programs for the Association.

It is imperative that everyone fill out the enclosed proxy and mail it to Creative Management as soon as possible so that a quorum can be obtained and a meeting held.
