You have two ways to submit a work order:

1. Call Creative Management @ 713.772.4420 and ask for the Maintenance Dept.
2. Open a Work Order through the Creative Management website.

Please note: If you are submitting a Work Order request, you should receive notification from Creative Management which includes the Work Order number. If you do not receive this notification within a reasonable time frame, the Work Order has not been submitted and you should contact Creative Management again.
